Slippery Elm
May have a soothing impact on mucous membranes in the digestive tract, have prebiotics and hold anti-inflammatory properties.

Simply add 10g (approximately 2 teaspoons) to a glass of water, smoothie or yoghurt. Mix together and consume 1 -2 times daily.
