My Pregnancy & Postpartum Secrets

Let's talk pregnancy & postpartum!

During my pregnancy, I read that pregnancy places such a significant demand on the body that it pushes it close to the limits of human endurance! Women truly are amazing.

There's no denying pregnancy and birth are absolutely beautiful yet demanding on your body. Your hormones, energy, digestive health and skin can all be shaken up!

My personal secrets for a wonderful, energising pregnancy consist of the below: 

  1. Eat nourishing foods, regularly 
  2. 6 Week Gut + Skin Reset (continuously throughout)
  3. Personalised care. I had the wonderful support of my Naturopath, Lucy and Acupuncturist, Fiona.
  4. Rest! Never underestimate the power of a good nap.
